    The key rule is: for great dressing use more oil, less vinegar!
    The ratio that generally works best is 3:1 oil to vinegar, and thats what I use. If you use more,
    the taste will be swallowed up by the vinegar, and vinegar has a strong taste, yet it can be subtle though
    if used sparingly. There is a very simple way to enjoy sad dressing thats absolutely the best and downright
    sublime: …you just use extra-virgin pressed olive oil, and salt, and pepper. It is a minimalistic and pure
    measure. If you add any other spices, you take your chances!
