    To whip up a batch of this delicious treat will show someone special that you enjoy the finer things in
    life, and you can do it easily…here goes…
    Gather 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tea. salt, and a dash of pepper, shake up in a bag.
    Take four chicken breasts, skin and bone them. Also 2 tbsp butter,melted, 1 tbsp olive oil, 3/4 cup
    champagne (…here there is no substitute…) 1/4 mushrooms, 1/4 cup scallions, minced and Sauternes and 1/2 cup
    heavy cream….prepare and set aside to do the following:
    Dredge chicken in flour mixture, heat butter and oil, fry chicken and saute about four minutes
    on each side. …add the bubbly at this point… then cook over medium to low heat 12-15 minutes. Done!
    Makes 3-4 servings. Wild rice will go a long way with a hot date people!
