Cut the fries the way you want them, there could be wedges, or skins, or curly or home fry or what have you….
or the best potato chips, just make sure and get a style all your own, a signature cut. Yup! I Do.
OK next step, heat up a saucepan or stock pot, or better yet, get a deep fryer and a designated supply of
cooking oil…(set it up, soon potato heaven!)… remember the larger the batch, the better your friends
will enjoy this…So, heat up the oil to about 250 degrees and then add your potato…. Turn heat to high
and let the temp creep up to 350 degrees, then the fries take the plunge until golden brown. Remove the potatoes
from the oil, a fry strainer is key. Drain on paper or other towels, serve hot, ketchup

Serve 12 people easily by putting this healthy snack together in minutes! Do this!
1 cup each: Puffed kamut, brown rice, millet from a health store or use just a regular 3 cups
of puffed wheat from an ordinary grocery store. Kashi cereal would be awesome too, its your choice!
½ cup of peanut butter — you could choose a natural peanut butter thats just peanut butter,
not with all the awful additives in prepared processed varieties… then just add ½ cup honey
and one teaspoon of molasses blackstrap molasses the bomb!
OK…dump cereal in bowl,then honey, peanut butter and molasses. Pour in cereal mixture, quickly
mix and then press into 13x 9 in. pan. Let sit 20 minutes if you can wait that long!

This is a hot recipe for tortilla round-ups… recipe makes on tortila round-up!, make as many as you want!
Flour tortilla, ( try the optional sprouted wheat tortilla), ½ ounce cream cheese…you could pick a flavor
other than plain!, 1 ounce chicken breast ( or tofu for vegetarians!) two slices f4esh tomato
1 romaine lettuce leaf, or another variety, 1 green onion, minced, and finally one teaspoon vinaigrette
or other dressing if you prefer….
just lay out your tortilla, sand then spread your cream cheese all over it…. in small bowl toss you lettuce,
tomato, and dressing….set aside
lay out your meat or tofu…then just spread your lettuce mixture evenly, and then… just roll-up like you

Macaroni is made by machines, a dry pasta that
kids love and adults too! Usually mac and cheese
are cooked together at the same time, often with
milk. You can however bake it rather than just
boiling the macaroni and adding the melted cheese.
You can add different ingredients to mac and cheese
too, for example try this creamy mushroom macaroni
and cheese recipe! Ingredients: tunnel-shaped macaroni,
milk 1/3 cup, cheese, cubed, 1lb, condensed cream of
mushroom soup ( 10oz) and 1 tbsp of butter!
Just boil the macaroni, melt in the cheese and
butter, add milk and soup, then bake at 400
degrees for about 45 minutes. Voila!!
